You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting Ripid support via email at support@ripid.vn or Facebook.
To receive the refund, proof of purchase must be provided including order number, amount, date, and payment confirmation or receipt showing the transaction details.
Refunds can be issued to the original payment method used or a new payment method on file if updated.
Refunds will be provided in full via bank transfer within approximately 6 days after an approved request. The customer is responsible for any bank transfer fees.
In-app donations are not eligible for refunds.
For recurring subscription purchases
You cannot request a refund for subscription purchases.
You can only cancel subscription purchases and will no longer enjoy the features of such subscription.
In case of canceling subscription purchase during the subscription’s duration, you will only enjoy the features up until the end of the paid duration.
