Refund policy

For one-time purchases

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting Ripid support via email at support@ripid.vn or Facebook.
  • To receive the refund, proof of purchase must be provided including order number, amount, date, and payment confirmation or receipt showing the transaction details.
  • Refunds can be issued to the original payment method used or a new payment method on file if updated.
  • Refunds will be provided in full via bank transfer within approximately 6 days after an approved request. The customer is responsible for any bank transfer fees.
  • In-app donations are not eligible for refunds.

For recurring subscription purchases

  • You cannot request a refund for subscription purchases.
  • You can only cancel subscription purchases and will no longer enjoy the features of such subscription.
  • In case of canceling subscription purchase during the subscription’s duration, you will only enjoy the features up until the end of the paid duration.
